What is a universal network?

• we have teamed up with other music professionals to promote music to our individual growing networks.  we've been in the music business for twenty years and have owned websites for over 5 years.  with these efforts we can definitely increase your song plays and profile views.  we use a combination of resources at our disposal that are all allowed at Myspace and any other website.  at the present time our network is not demographic by region or genre-specific, which would be much costlier, we prefer to keep costs down for the artist.

Can we guarantee the amount of song plays/profile views that will register?

• this is not an exact science.  when you're dealing with unpredictable myspace servers, there are no guarantees of exact numbers, but rest assured we will always be on top of your campaign making sure you're getting great increases and great results.  anyone who can guarantee you exact numbers may be using a bot.  and that could bring you trouble.  significant increases are the real factor here.  we do guarantee that we will continue your campaign until you get the totals you paid for.

• myspace profile views seem less likely to register when Myspace servers are bombarded.  they seem to freak out a bit more than the song plays do.  sometimes they will register as much as 1-2 days after your campaign has wrapped.  similarly You Tube registers slower than Myspace and tends to not register in real time.  typically, you won't see your You Tube numbers change until the next morning.

• UPDATE:  it looks like in 2008 Myspace has fixed all of their older servers, so everyone's profile views seem to be registering great now.  as many of you know if you were on older servers, profile views did not used to register correctly.
  

Will you see an increase of friend adds on Myspace?

• we do not guarantee friend adds on myspace because the network does not just consist of myspace and/or social networking users.  we're not in the business of friend adds, although we do now offer friend adder campaigns for those who wish to get a jumpstart and get lots of friends fast.  we are mainly in the business of consistent daily webpage action, driving you up the charts, and in turn getting you seen and heard by myspace users looking for their next favorite artist/band.   similarly we do not guarantee comments.  we have no control over how visitors will react.  all we can do is direct them to your page.  same thing with you tube - there is no guarantee of getting comments, friends, or rankings in the charts.  we do not rule the you tube charts, however many of our video campaigns have resulted in rankings. 
  

What is our main objective in helping you?

• one of our objectives is to help you increase your numbers in relation to the amount of friends you already have (which is probably too many right now in relation to the song plays you're currently getting.)  similarly, if you have a low friend count, that's even more of a reason to drive your listens up.  new ears outside of myspace will help you increase your song plays and profile views.  there are still myspace bots and friend adders you can purchase from other companies to get friend adds (although we don't recommend you do that without careful examination as it will get your account at myspace frozen or deleted.)  and there are whore trains you can join.  but remember, besides the deletion issues with myspace, adding mass friends with no increase in song plays is still going to look bad. 
  
• another of our objectives is to make your page extremely popular with daily activity so that anyone checking you out will be impressed.
• our main objective is to help you climb the charts so you will best have the chance to be seen by myspace users looking for their next favorite band while browsing the charts in their favorite genre.  many of our artists are sitting pretty in the charts right now.
  

Are the campaigns targeted?

• at the current time, we are no longer running campaigns demographically or genre-specifically.   it's very time-consuming and right now we prefer not to do too much of that.  it would be much costlier for the artist and at this time we are trying to keep the cost to the artist down.  really targeted campaigns take quite a bit of funding and research and we're more interested in keeping things affordable for the artist.  the beauty of the internet is that anyone anywhere in the world can buy your music or become your fan online.  and the beauty of the myspace charts is that if you're on them, you can be targeted genre-specifically anyway by fans searching the charts looking for your style of music.

• we cannot guarantee that your webpage is being seen by only myspace or social networking registered users.  however, anybody out there (regardless of whether or not they're a myspace user) is able to bring your numbers up.  this, in turn, will help you to get up the charts, giving you more exposure to those who are registered on myspace and looking for the next big thing in the charts.

What are the best days of the week to start a campaign?

• it's best not to start a campaign on the weekend as it is not optimal.  generally there is less computer use on the weekend.  
• most campaigns will be according to Pacific Standard Time unless there is a custom request granted, but don't worry, we all get to the office earlier than most.
  
• it is not uncommon for numbers to go down on the weekends and on holidays, however we watch the campaigns closely and will do everything we can to make sure you don't lose big numbers on the weekends.

How soon will you hear from us after you've chosen and registered for a campaign?

• we ask that you give us 24-48 hours to get back to you with a campaign start date, but you usually hear from us sooner than that.

Can you choose when we run your campaign?

• yes, of course.  however, if you want a campaign to run fresh starting on a monday, please email us your information by the previous friday before 5pm PST to guarantee that monday start.
• most campaigns start running on mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays, and fridays.

Are you in the office on the weekends to reply to emails?

• usually, yes, there is someone in the office to reply.  replies, however, may be slower on the weekends.  we ask for your patience on the weekend.  we need time to refuel too ;).

Are custom campaigns available other than just the campaigns listed on the pricing page?

• yes, we can gear a campaign toward your needs, for instance if you're looking for a 3-month or 6-month consistent campaign, we can accommodate you.  if you're planning for one of those extended campaigns we do ask that you pay by check instead of through paypal so we can avoid their transaction fees.  if you have to pay by credit card however and you need to use paypal, there will be a small extra fee added to your campaign.  campaigns with lesser increases per day are also available.

Can I pay using another method besides Paypal?

• yes, of course, but you must email us first to make arrangements.

Do we issue refunds?

• we have never had to issue a refund on a visits campaign as we've always lived up to our promises.  and the one-day campaigns allow you to check it out before investing in a longer campaign.

Campaign Payment and Communication Details?

• once you've paid for your campaign, you should be re-directed to a page to enter your URL information.  if you are not please click on the CONTACT LINK TO SEND US THE URL you wish to use for your campaign.  if you forget to click on the link to notify us of your URL, don't worry, we'll contact you. 

• you will receive several update emails from us during the course of your campaign:  a thank you intro email, a prep email before we begin, an in-progress email as we begin, a still-in-progress email (for longer campaigns,) and a wrap email.  if you have any questions or concerns during the course of your campaign, don't hesitate to contact us.  getting you the results you want is most important to us.
